Restorative Yoga combines gentle yoga postures, meditative prayer, and heartfelt intentions so that we can reinforce our divine connection to God in a holistic way. In this class, we align our mind and body to clear the path for internal reflection and transformation. With conscious awareness of our blessings, we are reminded that we can serve as an instrument of our Higher Power and influence an abundance of goodness in our daily lives.

All Restorative Yoga classes are beginner friendly and meet weekly for one hour. No previous yoga experience required.
